Radiant Eternity (“Radiant Eternity,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you interact with us online, at events, or by text message (SMS/MMS), including when you submit testimonies, photos, or videos.

1) What we collect

We may collect:

  • Contact information: name (if provided), phone number, email, city/state.

  • Message content: your testimony text, and any photos/videos/audio you send.

  • Event-related details: the event name/date, and notes you include.

  • Technical data (website): IP address, browser type, device info, and analytics data (if enabled).

  • Communication preferences: opt-in/opt-out status for text messages.

2) How we use your information

We use information to:

  • Receive, review, and respond to testimonies and questions

  • Provide event support and ministry updates you request

  • Improve our communications and event operations

  • Maintain safety, prevent abuse/spam, and enforce our policies

  • Meet legal or compliance requirements

3) Testimonies and media submissions

When you submit a testimony (including photos/videos), you understand:

  • We may review submissions before sharing publicly.

  • If you grant permission (see “Permission to Share” below), we may use submissions in ministry communications (service videos, social media, website, printed materials, or presentations).

  • We try to avoid sharing sensitive personal details. Please don’t include information you wouldn’t want made public.

Permission to Share:
Unless you clearly give permission, we will treat your submission as private/internal. If you want a simple rule, use this:

  • Text “YES SHARE” to grant permission for public use of your submission.

  • Text “NO SHARE” to keep it private/internal.

(You can modify those keywords to fit your workflow.)

4) Text messaging (SMS/MMS)

Text the word to (insert number) to opt-in to receive (insert what you will be sending messages about). Messages and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Respond HELP for help and STOP to cancel. (insert privacy policy link) (insert terms and conditions link).

If you text us:

  • Your mobile number and message content are processed to deliver and manage the conversation.

  • Photos/videos you send (MMS) may be stored by our messaging provider and by Radiant Eternity for ministry purposes.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out: Text STOP to stop receiving texts. Text HELP for help.

5) Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate communications and technology (for example, SMS platform providers such as Textedly or similar). They process data on our behalf under their own terms/policies.

  • Legal/required disclosures if needed to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights/safety.

  • With your permission when you explicitly authorize public sharing of your testimony/media.

6) Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for ministry operations, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.

  • Text and media submissions may be retained for historical testimony records unless you request deletion (see below).

  • Opt-out records are retained to respect your preferences.

7) Your choices and rights

You can:

  • Request access, correction, or deletion of your information (where applicable)

  • Withdraw permission to share a testimony publicly (note: removal from printed materials or third-party reposts may not always be possible)

  • Opt out of SMS anytime by texting STOP

8) Children’s privacy

Radiant Eternity is not directed to children under 13. If a parent/guardian believes a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will work to delete it.

If minors submit testimonies/media, we recommend parent/guardian involvement and permission before any public sharing.

9) Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10) Links to other sites

Our site or messages may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not ours.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest version.
