These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Radiant Eternity’s website, event communications, and text-message testimony line. By using our website, attending our events, or texting our numbers, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

Radiant Eternity is a ministry/organization providing events, resources, and community engagement.

2) Use of our services

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive activity
  • Send spam, malicious code, or attempts to disrupt systems
  • Impersonate others or submit false claims intentionally
  • Submit content that violates others’ rights (copyright, privacy, etc.)

We may block messages or restrict access to protect our community and systems.

3) User submissions (testimonies, photos, videos)

When you submit content, you represent that:

  • You own the content or have permission to share it
  • It does not violate another person’s privacy or rights
  • Any people shown in photos/videos have consent where appropriate

License for ministry use: If you explicitly grant permission for public sharing, you grant Radiant Eternity a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit (for length/clarity), publish, and display the content for ministry purposes (online, social, print, and live events).

No compensation: Submissions are voluntary and not paid unless we agree in writing.

Removal requests: You can request we stop using a submission publicly. We will make reasonable efforts, but we can’t control third-party reposts or already-printed materials.

4) SMS/text messaging terms

  • You are authorizing us to send text messages related to your inquiry/testimony and event communication you request.
  • Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out anytime by texting STOP. For help, text HELP.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery due to carriers or third-party platforms.

5) Disclaimers

  • Content we provide (messages, event info, ministry resources) is offered “as is.”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to services or platforms.
  • Testimony sharing is spiritual/ministerial communication and not medical, legal, or professional advice.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Radiant Eternity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or content submissions.

7) Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
